PGR students are invited to join their fellow students and wellbeing experts to learn about and discuss imposter syndrome in a workshop that will take place on Tuesday 30 January 2024.

Participants will explore what imposter syndrome is, how it affects research postgraduate students, and how to develop effective coping strategies. This is an interactive and discussion-based workshop, where both facilitators and participants are invited to share their experiences, reflect on difficulties they might be facing, and are provided with information and tools to help cope with these difficulties in a more constructive and helpful way.

Aims and objectives
