Thinking about PhD study? Unsure what potential supervisors are looking for? What does the application process for a PhD look like?

The University of St Andrews Careers Centre and St Leonard’s College warmly invite current matriculated undergraduate and postgraduate (taught) students to this in-person ‘Is a PhD for me?’ panel event, which will seek to provide an overview of PhD study (whether at St Andrews or elsewhere), and aim to answer some of the most pressing questions regarding PhD study. There will be time set aside to take questions from the audience. A draft programme of the session is provided below.
Doors will be open from 1:45pm aiming to begin at 2pm.
